Jiahe Shengde Investment Holdings B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “JSI”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Jiahe Shengde (HQ). Dutch Jiahe Shengde acquired and reconstructed a building—GIA Trade & Exhibition Centre (hereinafter referred to as “GIA”), which is an international trade platform with “Bringing in” and “Going Out” bi-directional trading function. Located in De Werf, the golden business area of The Hague, the Netherlands, GIA covers with a total construction area of about 35,000 square meters. The building of GIA was divided into various working centers or venues, namely, the joint innovation office center, the cross-border brand experience center, the globally zero-day M.I.C.E. center and the overseas warehouse logistic center, which locates in different floors in GIA and which will build a bridge to connect international capital and advanced technology and integrate high-quality resources between Europe and China.

The business scope of JSI includes: life cycle management services, cross-border trade, cross-border M.I.C.E. and Venue, office for headquarters of enterprises and joint creative office, cross-border brand operation one-stop international business support, and integrating cross-border resources.

The Centre is adjacent to the A4 motorway connection to European countries, which provides fast and easy access to Germany, France, Belgium, the UK, and other developed European countries. There is 4 major halls with perfect supporting facilities of GIA, namely, Opal Hall 1 (about 6000㎡), Opal Hall 2 (about 2000㎡), Pearl Room (about 1000㎡), Onyx Room (about 600㎡), which could hold about 5000 guests.
