The Consulate General of the Netherlands in Guangzhou hold a celebration of Dutch King’s Day of 2017 on 28 April. Officers, organizations, enterprises and representatives from the field of culture and science from both the Netherlands and China were invited to participate this celebration. Jiahe Shengde Investment Holdings B.V (“JSI”) also participated this celebration.

The consul general Marjo Crompvoets expressed that this year marks the 45^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Netherlands and China, and is also the 20^th anniversary of the establichment of the Dutch Consulate General in Guangzhou. Guangdong is an important trade and investment partner of the Netherlands and vice versa. There is high potential for cooperation between Guangdong province and the Netherlands in fields of high-technology, chemistry, agriculture and food industries because Guangdong and the Netherlands is important trade and investment business partner to each other.

The vice mayor of Guangdong province, Ruisheng Xu, also made a speech in the celebration. 

During the dinner, the assistant of CEO of JSI, Ms. Shu Sun, introduced the operation status and JSI’s cooperation situation with other business partners to the consul general Marjo Crompvoets and the chief representative of South China of Foreign Investment Bureau of the Netherlands.
